How to apply for membership

Membership at Topsham Sailing Club is open to everyone, no matter what their sailing experience or expertise.

You can apply to join by single clicking the "join" button at the top of any club website screen and then double clicking the yellow button "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" and then Follow the on screen instructions.

(Please note that if you are Rejoining the club you may already have an active account)

In either case, when completed, email an alert the membership secretary (below)

An application form can also be dowloaded from the link at the bottom of this screen. - NB A typed application is easier to transcribe than a handwritten one

Applicants need a proposer and seconder for their membership application.

If you know a club member, please ask them; if you don't know any members, then please contact the Hon Membership Secretary, who will be happy to arrange a meeting at the club to introduce you to a proposer and seconder.

Once you have applied online, or returned the completed application form, your application will be posted on the club notice board for 7 days before the the next committee meeting, when applications are considered. The committee meets every month except August.

You will be sent an invoice when you application is approved, please do not send any money until then

We will not take up any subscription until after membership is approved.
