HRO discussion meeting

The final draft of the Exe HRO was published on October 13th, marking the start of a 42 day consultation period which will end on 23rd November. Details of the HRO can be found on the Harbour Orders website, together with HRO's for other ports:

It is proposed that a meeting will be held at TSC at 7.15pm on Monday November 3rd to give members and other river users an opportunity to understand better what is being proposed and how some of the potential changes might impact users on the river. This discussion will be led by the Commodore and David Rochester but where the primary objective is to give members the information so they can respond directly to the MMO
